About

A human team, not a plugin you forget about

People make the calls at CyberWall. Tools help us watch and check. We won't tell you there's no automation in the work. We also won't tell you a break-in is impossible.

Why we exist

CyberWall is founder-led. The founder follows vulnerability news and wants small stores to get a careful fix, in plain English. That includes weeks when the hole is in PHP itself, not in a plugin.

We try to notice relevant news early. Sometimes that's before the major public trackers list it. That's the aim. It isn't a promise we'll hear it first.

Big companies have security staff. A small shop often has a plugin and a hope. Those shops should be able to talk to a person who won't make them feel dumb for asking.

What we're here to do

Help small online shops fix known security holes without breaking checkout. Explain the work in plain English.

What we care about

Plain language

If we can't say it simply, we haven't said it. Jargon gets a plain version next to it.

Safe changes

Test first. Check checkout. Keep a way back. Careful beats fast when people are paying you.

No scare tactics

We'll tell you what's real. We won't invent urgency to sell a plan.

How the work is split

People make the decisions. Monitoring tools help us watch. Standard checks help us test.

On Priority, a person reviews every update before it goes live. On Essentials and Standard, the team still monitors. Routine updates use standard checks. A person reviews a change that's large or that touches payment.

The full list of the work

Team bios aren't up yet.
This is a new early-access service. We won't put up made-up names, photos, or credentials.

Small on purpose

CyberWall is launching with early access for a small number of stores. Close attention. The first shops will shape how this works. We'd rather say that than pretend we're bigger than we are.

No client list. No certification badges. No review score. Those would be made up.

Want a real person on your store's security?

We're opening early access to a small number of stores. Tell us about yours. It doesn't commit you to a plan.
