On Essentials and Standard, a person still reviews a change that's large or that touches payment. Routine updates on those plans use standard checks. We'll define "large" in writing before you start. Reply-time targets aren't published yet.

What the setup fee covers

  • A one-time health check of your site
  • The private test copy and the checkout test
  • Connecting monitoring

We haven't named the monitoring tools on this site.

Where these prices sit

Rough context from us, not a quote from any company. Self-serve security tools often run about $10 to $50 a month, and they mostly scan or block. Hands-on managed Magento patching often runs about $300 to $1,200 a month. Our proposed prices sit between those.

The ranges are approximate. They didn't come off a named vendor's price list.

Questions people ask

Are these prices final?

No. They're proposed for early access and they may change. Asking for early access doesn't lock a price. This website doesn't charge you.

What is staging, in plain words?

A private copy of your store that customers can't see. We try each fix there first. If something breaks, it breaks on the copy.

Do I need to be technical?

No. We do the technical work and explain it in plain English. If we need something from you, we'll say what and how.

What hosting do you work with?

We're built for WooCommerce, WordPress, Magento, and Shopware. Hosting setups vary, so during early access we look at yours with you before you start. Sometimes the PHP update itself has to be done by the host. We'll tell you what to ask them, and we'll test the store on the new version first.

What if an update would break my store?

That's why we test on a copy first. If a fix causes trouble there, it doesn't go on the live store. We look for a safer way, and a person tells you. If something unexpected happens after a live update, the rollback is ready.

Do you guarantee I won't be hacked?

No. Nobody honest can. We cut the risk by fixing known holes quickly and carefully, with checks along the way.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Plans are month to month. The written cancellation terms aren't published yet. They will be, before anyone is billed. Privacy and terms status.

Where does my data live?

We aim to keep the private test copy in a private, access-controlled place, and to remove it when you leave. We'll confirm the details in writing before we take on customers. A privacy policy isn't published yet.

What do you need access to?

Enough access to the store and the host to make a test copy and apply updates. We agree that up front. We ask only for what we need, and we say why. We never ask you to email a password.

Is there a faster or slower reply time?

Standard is meant to be answered ahead of Essentials, and Priority ahead of Standard. The actual target times aren't decided, so they aren't printed. We won't invent a number of hours.

Is CyberWall open to everyone yet?

No. Early access is for a small number of stores, so each one gets real attention. Joining the list doesn't commit you.

Want a real person on your store's security?

We're opening early access to a small number of stores. Tell us about yours. It doesn't commit you to a plan.
